• startPX: depends on the ticker's available USDC after the auction process, the price of the last seeded level must be the price that the token had on graduation in USD terms.

• nSeededLevels: depends on the ticker's available USDC after the auction process

The remaining USDC that can't be put on seededLevels (remaining USDC < level's USDC price) are set as buy order at the highest price

The Hyperliquidity balance depends on the graduation stage of the ticker.

• At stage 1: 12% of the token supply

• At stage 2: 12%

• At stage 3: 9%

• At stage 4: 8%
