2. Wallet-Based Access
Access to TickerTerminal is based solely on connecting your crypto wallet (e.g., via WalletConnect, Metamask). Wallet addresses are public by nature and not considered personal data.
We do not associate wallet addresses with any personal profiles.
3. No Tracking or Analytics by Default
TickerTerminal does not run invasive tracking scripts (like Google Analytics) or store cookies that profile users.
We may collect basic, anonymized usage metrics (e.g. page views, load times) to improve the performance of the site, but none of this is linked to specific individuals or wallets.
4. Third-Party Tools

5. Smart Contracts Are Public
All interactions on TickerTerminal are recorded on-chain. Blockchain data is public, immutable, and outside our control. This includes:

Wallet activity
You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy on-chain. We recommend using privacy-preserving tools if needed.
6. No Custody, No Accounts
TickerTerminal does not hold funds, manage user sessions, or store any off-chain account information. You use your own wallet and interact directly with smart contracts.
7. Children’s Privacy
TickerTerminal is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.
8. Updates to this Policy
We may revise this policy as the protocol evolves. Updated versions will be posted publicly with a revision date. Your continued use of the app constitutes agreement with the updated policy.
